Find the signal
Identify price variation, data gaps, process conflicts and authority questions worth investigating.
Pricing Intelligence Pilot
RevSeekr is developing an expert-reviewed intelligence layer that combines structured assessments, de-identified commercial data and stakeholder interviews to show what deserves action, what the evidence can support and what should happen next.
Pilot participants are now being identified.
The problem
They need a defensible answer to a harder set of questions: where is pricing power being lost, which patterns are commercially meaningful, whether the available data can support the conclusion, and which decision should be made first.
Identify price variation, data gaps, process conflicts and authority questions worth investigating.
Separate observations from interpretations, with sources, limitations and confidence attached.
Translate validated findings into priorities, owners, dependencies and a practical transformation sequence.
The first module
The Pricing Signal Scan compares accepted transactions inside commercially comparable peer groups. It highlights price variation worth reviewing, explains the strength and limits of the evidence, and identifies the next input required before anyone recommends a pricing action.
Synthetic example
ObservedComparable transactions show a wide price range, with a recurring cluster below the peer median.
LimitationThe transaction file does not explain contracts, freight, service levels or cost-to-serve.
Next evidenceAdd commercial terms for the customers driving the low-price cluster.
Illustrative data only. A review signal is not a pricing error or recommended price.
The client experience
Bound the pilot to one business slice, sponsor, data owner and decision.
Complete role-based assessments, transfer agreed de-identified data and participate in structured interviews.
RevSeekr runs reproducible analysis, reviews AI-assisted synthesis and challenges material findings with the client.
Receive validated findings, opportunity and risk ranges, data requirements and a sequenced action plan.
Before any data moves
Each pilot begins with written agreement on the permitted data, secure transfer method, approved systems and AI providers, access, retention and deletion. The website contact form is for an initial business conversation only.
How RevSeekr handles client data and AI →The larger intelligence layer
The Signal Scan is the smallest useful beginning. Later modules add cost response, discount and approval behavior, quote outcomes, contract exposure, pricing authority and transformation readiness.
Price consistency and evidence readiness from one de-identified extract.
How quickly and completely customer prices respond when costs move.
Assessments, data and interviews synthesized into a business case and roadmap.
The decision package
The pilot is designed to connect commercial evidence to an actionable operating and technology pathway—not end with a score or a generic list of observations.
What was tested, where it came from, what can be trusted and which missing fields limit the conclusion.
Prioritized observations with source evidence, confidence, limitations and the questions that still require validation.
Whether to stabilize, extend, integrate, augment or replace—and which data, governance and operating capabilities must come first.
Recommended actions, owners, dependencies, decision gates and the point at which deeper analysis or formal vendor selection makes sense.
The pilot provides a capability and technology pathway, not a full vendor selection. If vendor-specific advice is requested, RevSeekr will disclose relevant commercial relationships and evaluate options against agreed criteria.
Designed to complement the platform
Enterprise pricing platforms provide the infrastructure to manage, optimize and execute pricing. The RevSeekr intelligence layer is being designed around the decisions that determine whether that infrastructure produces value: data readiness, commercial priorities, pricing authority, adoption and the sequence of change.
That makes the pilot relevant before implementation, during design and after go-live—without positioning RevSeekr's diagnostic as a replacement for the platform.
