Who these terms are with

This site is operated by SaaSxChange, LLC, organized in Puerto Rico (register number 462644). RevSeekr is a brand of SaaSxChange, LLC. Using the site means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.

The diagnostic tools

The assessments on this site are free, require no login, and run in your browser. The score and pillar breakdown appear as soon as you finish. If you ask for the full report, we email it as a PDF (ranked gaps, the next-rung roadmap, and where to look next) and keep a copy of that message. We do not store the twenty individual answers, and we do not publish or compare your score against anyone else. Where a report names software vendors, those names are examples of a market category, not a recommendation, ranking or affiliation.

What they produce is a structured opinion, not a professional judgement. A maturity score reflects how you answered twenty questions about your own organization, and the roadmap that follows is generated from those answers against a general model of how pricing transformations tend to go. It has no knowledge of your industry position, your contracts, your systems, your people, or your constraints.

So: do not treat the output as consulting advice, a financial projection, or a basis for a capital decision on its own. If a score prompts you to change something material, that is the point at which a conversation with someone (us or anyone else) is worth having.

The Pricing Intelligence Pilot

The Pricing Intelligence pages describe a pilot RevSeekr is developing and the operating controls we intend to use. They are an invitation to discuss a possible engagement, not a live data-processing service, a guarantee of pilot acceptance or an offer that becomes binding when someone contacts us.

Do not submit customer, transaction, employee or other confidential client data through this website or its contact form. A pilot begins only after both sides sign an agreement covering its scope, confidentiality, permitted data, approved systems and providers, security responsibilities, retention, deletion and output limitations.

Pilot analysis may combine reproducible calculations with AI-assisted synthesis and expert review. AI-generated material can be incomplete or wrong. RevSeekr reviews material conclusions before release, but the usefulness of any output still depends on the scope, definitions and evidence supplied. The client remains responsible for pricing, technology, investment and other business decisions. See our Trust, client data and AI use page for the plain-language operating design.

The figures we publish

Figures on this site come from two places, and we distinguish them:

• Third-party research is attributed where we cite it. We have not independently verified those studies and cannot vouch for their methodology.
• Engagement examples are anonymized and identified as specific examples or recurring practice patterns. They are not presented as measurements of a peer set or as results another organization should expect.

Financial scenarios described are illustrative. None of them is a representation of results you would get.

Our writing

The articles are opinion and professional commentary as at the date on each one. Product capabilities and vendor roadmaps described in them were accurate to the best of our understanding when written and change constantly. We do not go back and update old articles as the market moves. Check the date.

Where we name a vendor, that reflects an editorial view and nothing more. We hold no partnership, certification, reseller agreement or endorsement from any pricing software vendor, including Pricefx. We do implement Pricefx commercially, which is a relevant interest and one we disclose in articles that discuss it. All product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners, and naming one does not imply their endorsement of us, or ours of them.

What you may do with the content

The text, diagrams, and tools on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read them, print them, and share links to them. You may quote a passage with attribution and a link back. Please do not republish an article in full, sell it, or use it to train a commercial model without asking us first. Ask; we are not precious about it.

Availability

We make no promise about uptime. This is a marketing site, not a service you are paying for. We may change, move, or remove any page, including retiring a diagnostic tool, and we may do so without notice.

Links out

Where we link to someone else's site, we are not responsible for what is on it. That includes vendor documentation and research we cite.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from decisions you make based on it, including anything the diagnostic tools produce. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing you send through the contact form creates one. A client relationship with us starts when both sides sign something, not before.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Puerto Rico have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the revision.
