Who we are

This website is operated by SaaSxChange, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Puerto Rico (register number 462644). RevSeekr is a brand of SaaSxChange, LLC.

We do not publish a street address. The registered entity name, register number and jurisdiction above identify who is responsible, and email is how you reach us. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you, write to info@saasxc.com. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask and we will provide one.

What we collect

What you send us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, job title, company, work email, country, and area of interest, all of which the form requires. Optionally, your phone number, an approximate revenue band, and whatever you write in the free-text box. We also record the date and time, the IP address the submission came from, and the country our infrastructure reports for it, because that is what tells us a submission is real rather than automated.

Assessment report requests. The diagnostics run in your browser. Raw answers stay there. If you ask us to email the full report, we also receive the name, work email and optional company and role you type, plus the computed scorecard — overall score, band, pillar scores, named gaps and next-rung steps — so we can send it to you. We send that as an HTML email with a PDF attachment, and we keep a copy of the same message. We do not receive the twenty individual 1–5 answers. We do not write the scorecard into a database, a benchmark set or a mailing list. A separate checkbox, off by default, is the only way that request becomes consent to a follow-up conversation about the result.

Server logs. Our host records standard request information for every visit: the page requested, the time, an IP address, and the browser's user-agent string. We do not read these routinely and do not build profiles from them.

Nothing else. Specifically, there is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no A/B testing on this site. We do not know which pages you read.

Pricing Intelligence pilots and client data

This website is not a client data room. Do not put customer records, transaction files, employee information, interview transcripts, contracts, price lists or other confidential business information into the contact form or send them to us through ordinary email.

If we agree to explore a Pricing Intelligence pilot, the initial website enquiry still contains only the contact information described above. Before any client dataset moves, we and the client agree in writing what information is needed, the permitted purpose, the approved transfer and processing systems, who may access it, how long it will be retained and how it will be deleted or returned. The agreement also identifies the parties' data-protection roles and any service providers involved.

Our Trust, client data and AI use page explains the intended pilot controls in plain language. A signed client agreement and data-processing terms control the actual engagement. We will update this policy before adding any dataset upload or client portal to the website.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies at all, first-party or third-party. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The assessments on this site can save your answers in your browser's own storage (on this device only) so you can leave and come back later. Each tool keeps its own answers. Those answers are not sent to our servers. They can remain after you close the tab or the browser, until you use “Clear answers” in the assessment, clear site data in your browser settings, or the storage is otherwise removed.

Why we hold what we hold

One reason: to answer you. If you contact us, we use your details to reply and to continue that conversation. If you request an assessment report, we use the address and the scorecard to generate the PDF, send it to you, and keep the email. If you also check the follow-up box, we may continue a conversation about that result. If a conversation turns into a commercial relationship, the information becomes part of our ordinary business records.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not have a mailing list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not send unsolicited follow-up sequences. A report request without the follow-up box checked is not an invitation to market to you.

In GDPR terms, the basis for handling a contact form or a report request is our legitimate interest in delivering what you asked for. A follow-up conversation about a result is based on the consent of the checkbox. Where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.

Who else touches it

We keep this list as short as we can, and it is complete for the public website, contact form and assessment report requests:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves this site and runs the code that processes the contact form and assessment report requests. Your request necessarily passes through their network. On the contact form and the report request, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person; the check runs a script from Cloudflare when you use those forms and, as we have configured it, sets no cookie.
• Resend delivers the contact form submission to us as an email, and delivers assessment reports — the HTML message and the PDF attachment — to the address you typed (with a copy to us). They handle the message in transit.
• Google Workspace holds our email, so once your message arrives it sits in a Google-hosted mailbox like any other email.
• Calendly, only if you choose to open the booking link on the contact page (it opens in a new tab; nothing loads until you click). Their own privacy terms apply to what you enter there.

None of these are given your information for their own purposes. We use no advertising networks and no data brokers. The typefaces are served from this site itself, so a normal page on this site makes no request to anyone but Cloudflare, which serves the site.

How long we keep it

Contact form emails stay in our mailbox as part of our correspondence. We are not going to claim a tidy retention schedule we do not operate: business email tends to persist. What we will do is delete your enquiry on request. Ask us and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Raw assessment answers never reach us. If you requested the emailed report, that message — the HTML email and the PDF — stays in our mailbox like any other correspondence, and we will delete it on request. Clearing the answers in the browser does not delete the email we already sent. We are not going to claim a separate results archive we do not operate.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@saasxc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to our handling of your information, to request a portable copy, and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; note that we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Because we are based in Puerto Rico and use United States service providers, information you send us is processed in the United States.

Children

This is a site about business-to-business pricing software. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security, honestly stated

The site is served over HTTPS and the form submission is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is limited to people who need it. We are a consultancy, not a bank, and no one can promise perfect security. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page in the same release and move the effective date at the top. We do not publish an archive of previous versions, but we keep one, so if you need to know what this said on a particular date, ask us.
