How we engage alongside a vendor sale
We come in at Discover, before configuration is scoped, and stay for delivery and adoption. Our job in the sale is the readiness conversation the prospect has to have anyway: whether the data can hold the rules, who owns which pricing decision, and what the first slice should be. When that conversation ends with "not yet", we say so — a stalled implementation costs you the reference, and it costs us the client. You keep the commercial relationship and the licence conversation; we keep the delivery room.

What we take off your plate at Discover
A scored read on data readiness the prospect runs themselves in twelve minutes, with the report in their inbox. The process-mapping and decision-rights sessions that surface the informal approvals before they become configuration debt. Requirements governance as its own workstream, so the build does not stall on decisions nobody has made. A statement of work for the first phase that names participants, inputs, deliverables, exclusions, schedule and fee, so the business case your sponsor defends has a delivery plan under it. In English or Spanish, on US hours.

What we will never do
Compete for the licence, or advise a prospect on licence commercials. Contact your customer's procurement about the platform. Present ourselves as your staff, or as holding a status with your company that we do not hold: RevSeekr is an independent delivery firm and claims no tier, badge or endorsement from any vendor. Turn one engagement into a benchmark, or a customer into a case study without their agreement. How we talk about results →

Coverage, languages and bench
United States, Canada and Latin America, in English and Spanish, including workshops and training. The bench covers the full stack of a pricing program — project management, solution architecture, configuration, integration and data science — and works from Bogotá on US hours. The readiness, data and decision-rights work is platform-neutral by design; configuration depth today is Pricefx. Configuration engineers on the bench hold Pricefx Configuration Engineer certifications, including the Advanced level. Coverage by market →

One contact, one route
Luis Carballo, Founder & Managing Director, scopes and leads the first phase. Thirty minutes on the calendar is the direct route; the contact form reaches the same person within a business day. Bring the prospect's situation, not a deck: the size and shape of the portfolio, where pricing decisions are made today, and where the sale stands.
